Infiltrators was shot in 2001 for the Oak Bay High School Student Film Festival It was a HUGE succes, drawing a crowd of over 400 and earning People's Choice Award as well as Best Actress for Heidi Hatch The bulk of the filming took place on an actual Russian Submarine, located at the foot of Wharf St. in Victoria, BC's Inner Harbour Other scenes were filmed on BC Ferry's The Queen of Saanich and at Moss Rock under the supervision of the Victoria Police Department Props were gathered from various sources, including Ken Steacy, who lent us many replica weapons Although some costumes were created by the crew, the bulk of them were supplied free of charge by Ian Fryatt at Phoenix Rentals in Vancouver The entire film was shot with a Panasonic Mini DV camera, which was rented at first, at discount cost by Stasys Baltakis at Snappy Foto & Video Center iMovie on a Mac G4 was used to digitally edit the film, which was 30 minutes at final cut All members of the Cast & Crew chipped in towards the budget, though the bulk of it was supplied by supportive parents: David Mills, Mary Standell, Adell Hatch, Amanda Mills, Giles Bixler, Robin Platts, Edy Bradley & Bill Bradley What movie wouldn't be complete without an awesome Cast party.
